Terms of Service

By using our document analysis and summary services, you agree to these terms. Prior to purchase, you must contact us for a free consultation. You retain ownership of all documents you submit. We provide document analysis and summary services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not give legal advice in our document services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services allocated to the document in dispute. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit documents for analysis and its final accuracy. We may terminate service for violations of these terms or illegal use. If a dispute arises, mediation first, then arbitration, and aribitration will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in White Plains New York.

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with 30-day written notice to cancel@daviati.com

The AI Document Intelligence Playbook is a Digital-Download and is a Business-in-a-Box solution. As a Digital-Download all sales are final and no refunds will be granted.

Privacy Statement

Information We Collect: We collect documents you submit for analysis, your email address, payment information, and basic usage data. We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve our website functionality.

How We Use Information: We use your documents solely to provide analysis and summary services. We use contact information to communicate about your service and send summaries. Payment information is processed securely through third-party processors.

Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or documents with third parties except: (1) to process payments, (2) when required by law, or (3) to protect our rights or safety.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information and documents. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Data Retention: We retain your documents and summaries for 3-years after service completion, then permanently delete them unless you request shorter retention. We may retain billing information for accounting purposes.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@daviati.com.
