Currently specializing in Business Transactions, he draws on his extensive advisory background. David, a senior business broker, takes a holistic approach, viewing each business transaction as a valuable asset to the owner and a critical acquisition to the buyer and understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

David holds an accounting degree from Manhattan University (formerly Manhattan College). He has further advanced his expertise with studies in mergers and acquisitions at Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business. In addition, he is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) and a Certified Mediator, skills that significantly enhance his ability to structure, mediate, and close successful deals.
